After months at the gym, I've started to skip the treadmill after the workout.
Better things to do, I lied to myself. I'll just run to where I need to be.
How wrong I was!
After a workout, just hop on a treadmill for a sec.
Usually, you'll see you have lots and lots of energy left.
And then try this trick to stay longer:
If treadmills in your gym show calories burned and time, try to keep walking / running till you reach closest round number.
For example:
If I'm at 90 calories, I'll stay till I reach 100.
Then, let's say the time is 18:28, I'll keep going for two more minutes.
Do this at least once.
